We understand that buying online can be tricky without having seen the actual product or try it on. With that in mind, we happily accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt with below terms:
Returned items must have tags intact and be returned in its original packaging
Returned items must not be soiled, washed or altered, with no visible signs of wear or tear
Discounted items cannot be returned for a refund
The purchaser will return the item at own cost, we will issue exchanges free of charge thereafter.
Please not that the Signature Socks is not eligible for returns due to hygiene reason
If your item(s) adhere to the above terms, initiate a return via Eubi Returns Centre with your order number and associated email address.
Eubi reserve the rights to reject a refund or exchange requests for returned item(s) that do not comply with above terms.
Shipping fees paid for returns are not refundable.
Full refunds are only provided after products are received and processed at our warehouse.
Please note that refunds are strictly not allowed for items that have been exchanged.
Products purchased during our clearance are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

We do not allow exchanges to be performed at physical outlets. All online orders are to be returned back to our Returns centre with request placed via Eubi Returns Centre
