UPDATE AS OF NOVEMBER 6

Please expect a delay of 2-3 days of fulfillment due to a surge in order volume. We are actively working to resolve this issue and getting your order to you as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding and support towards Eubi.

HOW EUBI IS RESPONDING TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC

As we collectively learn to grapple with the Covid-19 outbreak, we prioritise the safety of our Eubifam - our customers, partners, friends, and the people who work at Eubi. We're committed to understanding what we can do to help to prevent further spread and help solve their problems.

At the end of the day, the most important thing is everybody's safety and we want to navigate accordingly through this pandemic.

HOW ARE WE RESPONDING? IN A TIMELY MANNER

We make real-time, calculated and well-informed decisions while proactively planning for various outcomes. We've been on high alert monitoring and acting in accordance with information from WHO (World Health Organization) and the Australian and United States Federal government bodies.

OPERATIONS AND SUPPLY CHAIN.

All parcels and orders going out will be sanitized at every stage before we dispatch them to ensure that whatever is sent out from our warehouse is safe. We are working closely with local couriers and fulfilment teams to ensure that we do the best we can & safely deliver the parcels to our customers' doorstep.

WORKING CONDITIONS.

All workspaces in our offices, fulfilment centres and factories will be professionally sanitised twice a day & thoroughly cleaned twice a week. The rest of the team will be able to work remotely. Until further notice, all meetings will be done virtually and all work-travels have been postponed until further notice.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

All our customer support representatives will work remotely during the usual working hours so should you have any inquiries, please drop us a message and we will have our team reach out to you within 48 hours to assist you.

SECURITY FOR ALL EMPLOYEES.

We're expecting a huge cut in profits during this time and to ensure that our employee's welfares are still taken care of, the board of directors and top-level management have unanimously agreed to take on a 20% pay cut in the upcoming 6 months effective immediately to act as a failsafe should we face financial constraints.

LOOKING AHEAD.

We would like to express our deepest gratitude to everybody that is standing by us and still support businesses like us. We will continue growing and improving to serve the community better and become a brand that everybody is proud of. We would also like to remind the community that the only way we will get through this is together!

Stay safe and take care.

Sincerely yours,

The Eubiteam.
